📬 Email Ops Rules

  • Always inspect full thread + Sent history first.
  • Always reply in the existing thread unless Eric explicitly says otherwise.
  • No thread reply + new email “attention bump” — looks sloppy/spammy.
  • Do not ask for already-answered info.
  • Qualified lead → ask for full name, business name, business email.

🧾 GHL/Otterclick Onboarding

  • Find/create contact in Otterclick.
  • Verify latest H-Code from CRM column/custom field.
  • Increment H-Code by 1.
  • Set type customer, discount Base Rate, tag customer.
  • Add onboarded only after all fields are correct; this wakes Zap → Sheets.
